Service Receptionist (BDC)

Courtesy Nissan of Richardson is actively seeking an energetic and customer-focused Service Receptionist to assist in creating excellent initial impressions and set appointments for our expanding Service Department. The Receptionist is primarily responsible for addressing service customer inquiries; therefore, this individual must possess a passion for developing relationships and providing exceptional customer service!

Role Responsibilities:

• Manages numerous outbound calls and emails in a timely manner. The Service Receptionist maintains a rapport with potential customers to gain commitments to vehicle services.
• Identifies customers' needs and provides information about service appointments and availability. The Service Receptionist collaborates with the Service Advisors to provide alternative solutions for issues to promote service sales growth.
• Responds to customers and provides information on shuttle schedules, if needed. The Service Receptionist ensures complete documentation of all contact with customers within the management system.
• Establishes and monitors new appointments using database lists provided by dealer management system. The Service Receptionist utilizes professionally written correspondence to potential customers and for Service Advisor's needs.

Job Requirements:

• Automotive service sales experience and familiarity with various automobiles.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask using proficient phone and technology abilities.
