Location: San Francisco, CA
Pay: $18.67 per hour plus tips (Average of $65 per hour)

Role Overview:
As the Server of Chotto Matte, you will provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable Chotto experience. Your ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or requests.
Make sure that food and beverages are on the table promptly.
Process payments and handle cash and card transactions.
Maintain a demeanor of professionalism and excellence in service delivery.
Assist with service of special events and private dining experiences.
Collaborate closely with other departments to optimize operational efficiency.
Ensure all dining areas are stocked with necessary supplies.
Champion health, sanitation, and food safety protocols at all times.
Proactively identify and address potential hazards.
Maintain impeccable personal hygiene, adhere to uniform standards, and exemplify conduct expectations.
Embrace ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and contribute to departmental goals.
Physical Demands:
Ability to move with agility, stand for extended periods, and bend as necessary.
Occasional lifting and/or moving of items up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server in a high-end restaurant is preferred.
Knowledge of food and beverage pairing is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A naturally friendly and positive demeanor coupled with solid communication skills.
Self-motivated with a dedication to personal and professional growth.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
