Servers/Bartenders Wanted

Low and Slow Smokehouse is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable servers/bartenders to join our team at our Lakeland location. We pride ourselves on delivering mouthwatering barbecue, great drinks, and warm Southern hospitality. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love taking care of guests, and enjoy being part of a fun, team-oriented atmosphere, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

• Greet guests with a smile and guide them through our menu of smoked classics and signature drinks.
• Serve up plates and pour drafts from our full bar, keeping the energy high and the service smooth.
• Mix cocktails, pull pints, and recommend pairingsthink brisket with a bold IPA or ribs with a bourbon twist.
• Keep the dining room and bar hummingclear tables, restock, and jump in wherever the team needs you.
• Bring your personality to the runway viewchat up pilots, locals, and visitors soaking in the scene.
• Work with the pitmasters and kitchen to keep orders flying out on time.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• You've got serving or bartending experience (or a quick knack for learninghospitality's in your blood).
• You thrive in a fast-paced spot where no two shifts are the samebusy nights don't faze you.
• You've got a current SafeServ certificationfood safety's non-negotiable here.
• You know your way around a barcocktails, beers, and a steady pour are your game.
• You're a team player who loves a good laugh and can roll with a packed patio or a quiet lunch rush.
• Bonus if you've got a TIPS certification (or can get one quick) and a soft spot for BBQ.
