About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Media Planning to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of communication strategies and media planning across multiple client accounts, with a focus on driving innovation in the media planning space. This role demands a professional with a strong background in multi-channel planning, including TV, digital, social, and more, and a proven ability to lead a team. The SVP will also be tasked with overseeing senior client relationships, setting ambitious team goals, and ensuring that tactical media planning activities are in line with client objectives. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Media Planning position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in media planning, ideally within the pharma sector, encompassing both HCP and DTC. The role requires a candidate with strong storytelling skills, a comprehensive understanding of HCP and consumer pharma, and expertise in planning tools such as reach/frequency, channel allocation, and MMM analyses. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing clients, setting clear expectations, and identifying their needs. Additionally, the role involves driving new business pitches and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the understanding of consumer behavior and market trends. A key aspect of the position is the ability to make data-driven decisions and to be comfortable with data in the planning process.
