We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Senior Superintendent for the Hospitality/Condo sector in the Construction industry. This role is perfect for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for construction and hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all field operations, managing project schedules, and ensuring that quality standards are met. If you are a seasoned professional with a strong background in hotel construction, field operations, Procore, and ground up construction, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
  • Manage field operations to ensure that all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Use Procore project management software to track project progress, manage change orders, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making on design and construction issues.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members and promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry, specifically in hotel and condominium construction.
  • Proficient in using Procore project management software.
  • Extensive experience in all phases of construction, from ground up to completion.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Willingness to travel and work at different project sites.
