Job Details
Lead and manage complex, high-profile commercial construction projects from inception to completion
Maintain and nurture relationships with long-standing clients, serving as their primary point of contact
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and upper management
Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering their professional development
Contribute to business development efforts by participating in client meetings and proposal preparations
Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and safety regulations
