Job Details - Lead and manage complex, high-profile commercial construction projects from inception to completion
- Maintain and nurture relationships with long-standing clients, serving as their primary point of contact
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and upper management
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering their professional development
- Contribute to business development efforts by participating in client meetings and proposal preparations
