This position requires a strong technical background in NetSuite, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and maintain the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance NetSuite features that align with business objectives. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, managing user permissions and roles, as well as system updates and patches. Lead and support system integrations with other enterprise tools, enhancing data flow and operational efficiency. Develop custom reports, dashboards, and saved searches to meet business needs and ensure data visibility for key stakeholders. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring proper utilization of the system. Stay up to date with the latest NetSuite features, best practices, and industry trends, implementing improvements as needed. Support project management of NetSuite-related initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to business requirements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Strong expertise in NetSuite configuration, customizations, and integrations. Solid understanding of accounting, finance, inventory, and supply chain processes within NetSuite. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system optimization. Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
