Responsibilities:

• I will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, React.js, AWS, and SQL.
• I manage the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
• I collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• I mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and ongoing improvement.
• I conduct code reviews and uphold best practices for maintainable and secure code.

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Engineer (React.js & AWS) to join our team onsite in New York City (5 days a week). Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship, both currently and in the future.

The salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $160,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will be eligible for our discretionary annual incentive program from Cognizant, subject to performance and company policies.
