Striv Designs is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team in Columbus, OH! If you’re passionate about hospitality interiors, thrive in creative collaboration, and have a strong grasp of both design and operational functionality—this is your next move.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Lead multiple hospitality projects from concept through installation
• Develop space plans, finishes, FF&E specs, and millwork details
• Prepare design presentations and procurement packages
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, architects, and consultants
• Mentor junior designers and oversee quality control
• Maintain knowledge of major brand standards (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.)
• Participate in site visits and installation oversight

🔹 What You Bring:

• 6+ years of interior design experience in hospitality
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture (CIDA-accredited preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Experience with FF&E sourcing and full construction documentation
• Familiarity with SketchUp and Enscape (a plus)
• NCIDQ certification preferred but not required
• Willingness to travel as needed
