Senior Financial Analyst - Enterprise Finance Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
• Analyze financial performance against budgets and provide variance explanations
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Conduct detailed ROI analysis for new initiatives and technology investments
• Partner with business units to identify opportunities for cost optimization
• Analyze healthcare market trends and competitive landscape to inform financial strategies
• Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects to support strategic decisions

Senior Financial Analyst - Enterprise Finance Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare or technology sectors
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models and revenue cycle management
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
