Job Details What You'll Do:
Oversee Facilities operations including Maintenance, Operations, Utilities, Buildings, Grounds, Custodial Services, and Facilities Construction/Restoration.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Management:
Coordinate activities for maintaining and repairing equipment, systems, and buildings.
Ensure maintenance objectives are met, including project costs, quality, safety factors, and city permits.
Construction and Remodeling:
Involved in all construction and remodeling projects to ensure system integrity.
Recommend Inventory and Purchasing of products, tooling, and facility needs.
Approve and oversee inventory management.
Manage the purchase of products and equipment.
Oversee equipment maintenance contracts and outside contractors.
Maintain and manage Preventative Maintenance Programs
Establish standard maintenance requirements for equipment.
Ensure all equipment is satisfactorily maintained to maximize life and dependability.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Experience in managing maintenance, construction, and remodeling projects.
Knowledge of city permits and safety regulations.
Ability to manage inventory and purchasing processes.
Proficiency in establishing and maintaining preventative maintenance programs.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency of mechanical systems, electrical systems, mechanical, pluming, and Hvac systems.
