Base pay range $70.00/hr - $75.00/hr Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Contract Duration: 6+ Months Pay range $70 - 75/hr Work Type: Hybrid (80% remote, 20% in person as team reports into the Oakland General Office (OGO) on Wednesdays each week). Location: Oakland, CA Top Things Looking For: Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and prioritization skills Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver findings and recommendations to various levels of management Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints. Job Responsibilities The Senior Business Analyst performs analysis on complex datasets models requiring customized reports and data. Maintains and updates datasets to reflect real-time business developments. Creates daily and weekly metrics related to business strategy and operations. The Senior Business Analyst presents findings and recommendations to leaders. Manages small to mid-size projects, including confidentiality review and other support functions. Education Minimum Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. Experience Min: 4 years of related work experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Desired) Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and prioritization skills Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints. Adaptable to changing business conditions and ambiguity Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver findings and recommendations to various levels of management Broad knowledge of different analytical methods, approaches, and tactics Knowledge and understanding of key drivers affecting business results Technical Proficiency: Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerBI) and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Desired: AI experience (e.g., Copilot, Hdata) and Project, Visio, or similar software Note: Laptop to be issued & monitors(up to 2) if needed. Personal phone use is required, and a pre-determined amount for cell expense is allowed for reimbursement.
