What You’ll Do:

• Lead alongside the Studio Manager to optimize studio performance, engagement, and operations.

• Oversee and drive sales initiatives, mentoring the team to exceed revenue goals.

• Enhance studio operations by ensuring a seamless, high-energy, and safe environment.

• Develop and coach team members, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.

• Build and maintain strong member relationships, driving engagement and retention.

• Manage studio technology and daily operations to ensure efficiency.

• Strategize and implement new business initiatives to drive studio success.

• Inspire referrals and grow membership by delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Take on additional leadership responsibilities and contribute to the long-term success of the studio.

• Proven leadership experience in fitness, retail, or sales-driven environments.

• Strong communication and strategic thinking skills with a leadership mindset.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.

• Passion for fitness and helping people achieve their goals.

• Experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor teams, fostering a culture of success.

• Availability for flexible “retail” hours, including weekends and evenings.

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
