Location: Remote (USA only) Annual salary: USD 90,000 - USD 115,000 Type: Full Time Reports to: Assistant Controller Key Responsibilities Own key components of the monthly and year-end close processes in accordance with US GAAP, including order-to-cash reconciliations, accruals, and other key balance sheet accounts. Deliver clean and accurate schedules for assigned month-end close areas Support the annual financial audit process and ensure no significant audit findings or control deficiencies in areas owned Improve monthly close timelines and reduce post-close adjustments by implementing process efficiencies and automation opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally with Fin Ops, FP&A, Legal, Engineering, and other teams to align accounting treatment with business initiatives Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a mix of public accounting and private industry experience desired. In-depth knowledge of the U.S. GAAP, with a strong understanding of inventory, revenue recognition, and COGS accounting Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Preferred Qualifications Consumer Electronics or Tech industry experience Early stage start up experience Experience with Supply chain, inventory management including an Inventory Management system (IMS) We Offer Competitive compensation package.
