Senior Accountant

Responsibilities as the Senior Accountant:

• Operations and administrative activity of the partnerships, including cash management and capital calls
• Profit/loss, carry and vesting allocations to the partners of the GP entities
• Quarterly and annual financial reporting, including supporting documentation for balance sheet, p&l, capital accounts and other financial reconciliations
• Quarterly tax estimates and annual tax returns, including tracking and review of k-1 activity and consultation with the internal tax department

Experience Preferred:

• 2+ years of related accounting experience
• Allvue system preferred
• Must be meticulous with details
• Eager to ask questions, & communicate with & be a part of a strong team
• Strong Excel & Concur skills are a plus!
• Bachelors Degree in accounting/finance a plus, as well
