Job Description
An employer is looking for a skilled Scrum Master to join their large Engineering organization in St. Charles, Missouri. This person will lead one development team in a Scaled Agile environment, and would function as an Agile Coach over several other teams when not working as a Scrum Master.
Develops and leads complex agile initiatives. Guides multiple teams and leaders navigate and drive consistent application of a Lean-Agile mindset, values, principles and ways of working. Works on continuous improvement efforts utilizing team assessments. Develops, maintains and oversees Agile methodologies, standards, processes, tooling and best practices. Identifies and develops appropriate training on Agile mindset, methodologies, standards, processes and success patterns. This individual will be both a Scrum Master and Agile Coach.

Required Skills & Experience -Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, RTE or Agile Coach OR 9 years of experience
-Scrum Master or RTE certification
-Active DoD Secret Clearance
-Ability to work 100% on site in St. Charles, MO
Nice to Have Skills & Experience Agile coaching experience
SAFe experience Scaled Agile Framework
RTE certification SAFe® Release Train Engineer
SPC certification Certified SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC)
Software development experience
