Your Role: Merchandise Handler & High Lift Operator

As a Merchandise Handler , you will play a crucial role in our operations by handling full cases of products weighing up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg). Your responsibilities will include:

• Lifting cartons and merchandise onto and off conveyor lines, pallets, or other storage containers.
• Spending at least 50% of your working hours lifting and moving products.
• Learning to operate equipment to enhance your skills and efficiency.

As a High Lift Operator , you will be responsible for:

• Lifting and stacking merchandise using powered industrial equipment.
• Maintaining and verifying documentation to ensure smooth operations.
• Completing necessary training to operate equipment safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow written and verbal directions in English.
• Utilize basic math skills for accurate order processing.
• Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Radio Frequency (RF) Scanners.
• Pay attention to detail and apply problem-solving skills.
• Inspect merchandise to ensure quality and brand specifications.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in a distribution center is a plus.
• Flexibility in job assignments and willingness to work overtime.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
• Must be able to stand or walk for the duration of your shift.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screenings is required.
