As we continue to grow and expand our product offerings, we are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team and drive our projects to success.

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate and guide our product development teams through the Agile process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a passion for helping teams deliver high-quality products. As a Scrum Master at My Led Hub, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high level of quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.


• Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices and principles, ensuring that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.


• Help the team identify and remove impediments that hinder progress, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.


• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working on the most valuable tasks.


• Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment, encouraging open communication and feedback.


• Track and report on project progress, including team velocity, sprint goals, and key performance indicators.


• Support the team in maintaining a sustainable pace and managing workload effectively.


• Advocate for Agile best practices within the organization, helping to shape and refine our processes.


• Work closely with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.


• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.


• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in the technology or LED lighting industry.


• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.


• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.


• Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best work.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Proficient in using Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.


• A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for continuous improvement.
