Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Scrum Master:
8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.



Required Skills for the Scrum Master:

• 8+ years' experience following Agile/Scrum methodologies
• 8+ years' experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams/projects
• Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master
