Job Description

We have an entry-level medical scribe opening. Must have excellent data entry skills. Scribe duties are transcribing in real-time while the physician is with the patient in the examination room, talking to and examining the patient, and going through symptoms or issues during the patient visit. Must have excellent typing, medical terminology, spelling, grammar, and computer skills.

Additional tasks may include some MA duties.

Responsibilities:

• Transcribe in real-time.
• Perform data entry.
• Clean exam rooms.
• Taking notes during patient visits and documenting them in the electronic health records system.
• Working with a supervising Physician to complete and submit medical records.
• Communicating with patients and supervising Physicians professionally.
• Completing all administrative tasks efficiently

Must be able to multitask, detailed, dependable, great with computers, professional, and team player.

Must be able to pass criminal background checks, drug screens, and current reference checks.

Must be at least 18 to apply.
