This opportunity focuses on providing occupational therapy services across diverse settings, including home health, healthcare facilities, and school environments. Location: Elgin, Illinois
Duration: Extended School Year (ESY) Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions tailored to individual client needs across home health, healthcare, and school settings
• Evaluate and treat clients to improve their functional abilities and participation in daily activities
• Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective therapy plans
• Document treatment progress, outcomes, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the unique challenges presented by each setting and client population

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Illinois
• Experience in home health occupational therapy, healthcare settings, and school-based therapy services
• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
• Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care
