Your Role

As a vital member of our team, you will:

• Provide direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
• Educate patients and families on managing illnesses or injuries, including post-treatment care and medication administration.
• Collaborate with an interprofessional team to develop and document individual care plans.
• Utilize critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate the physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients.
• Maintain a constant state of alertness to ensure safety in your role.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• Experience: No prior experience required
• Licenses & Certifications: RN

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Experience: 2-5 years of nursing experience, preferably in pediatrics

Working Conditions

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, generally between 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Very few evenings and weekends required for special events
