Lead IT Recruiter / Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition at Photon (US Recruitment) SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Specialist Contract Job Description Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) consultant with strong expertise in SuccessFactors, Fieldglass, SAP HCM, and related technologies for an enterprise-level global implementation project. The ideal candidate will drive the global implementation of HCM strategies informed by business needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. This role requires deep knowledge of SAP HR, SuccessFactors, FieldGlass, SAP HANA, and other HCM technologies such as Workday. Key Responsibilities: Lead the global, enterprise-level implementation of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and Fieldglass, aligning with business strategy and market trends. Act as a subject matter expert in SAP HR, SuccessFactors, FieldGlass, and SAP HANA. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes and map them to SAP HCM solutions. Participate in the Comprehensive Continuous Improvement (CCI) program, bringing innovative ideas and challenging existing processes. Design, implement, test, and deploy SAP HR solutions for personnel administration, compensation, career development, performance management, payroll, recruiting, and workforce deployment. Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (such as ADP) and other SAP modules. Provide technical guidance and support for SAP HCM modules, SAP Workflow, ADOBE Forms, and SAP Web Dynpro. Participate in the development of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms. Mentor junior team members and provide knowledge transfer as required. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors and related applications such as Fieldglass. At least 3 full life cycle SAP implementations and 2 support roles in SAP implementations. Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Programmer/Analyst. At least 5 years of hands-on SAP HCM ABAP programming experience. Expertise in SAP Workflow, ADOBE Forms, Process Forms, Web Dynpro, Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancements, and Forms development. Working knowledge of SAP IDOCs and integration with ADP Connection. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent organization and planning skills for managing multiple projects. Proven technical documentation skills. Strong mentoring and leadership skills. Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends. Preferred Skills: Experience with other HCM technologies such as Workday. Strong knowledge of integration techniques and methodologies.
