• Technical/Functional Skills:
• Ability to support ECC and S4 HANA 1909
• Knowledge of P2P processes
• Configuration of Accounts Payable module including
• automatic payment program, DME
• Strong experience in FICO
• Troubleshooting the PTP issues
• Knowledge of Electronic Bank Statement Configuration
• Knowledge of In-House Cash is a must.
• Ability to work and troubleshoot EDI scenarios.
• Good knowledge of Interfaces with third party systems
• Integration with MM and FI
• Good understanding of chargebacks from a vendor perspective
• Good communication skills
• Must be willing to work on projects or support work (Devops) as the situation demands.
• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Requirements gathering - lead the requirements discussion with the business if needed
• Understand the existing process and the ability to suggest and implement solutions to existing issues.
• Work on enhancements, and process improvements.
• Testing the configuration changes-regression testing, integration testing, UAT
• Interact with Business and IT teams as necessary to drive the resolution of issues.
• Clear communication to business and other IT teams when needed.
• Willingness to learn new skills, and tools if needed
• Generic Managerial Skills:
• Guide and lead onshore and offshore teams as appropriate
