Duties:
\t - Design and configure revenue recognition rules, billing conditions, and integration with SAP FI/CO, SAP SD, and other SAP modules.
\t - Own and drive solution design in SAP Quote to Cash and RAR space to meet future business needs, scalability, keeping industry-leading best-practices in mind
\t - Collaborate with stakeholders to create functional design documents from Business requirements, drive the system solutions & implement it
\t - Preparing exhaustive Functional Requirement Specifications as per ABAP stds
\t - Prepare and Review test plans & test scripts
\t - Participate in system-level tests responsible for comparing actual results with expected results
\t - Implement solutions to streamline processes, reduce redundancy, enhance internal customers experience
\t - Maintenance and Support
\t - Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively to minimize downtime and customer impacts
\t - Conduct regular audits of data quality and integrity, implementing corrective actions as necessary
\t - Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring they are equipped to leverage SAP effectively
\t - Best Practices and Documentation
\t - Establish and enforce best practices for SAP development and configuration.
\t - Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures
\t - Collaboration and Leadership
\t - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and business units, to align SAP Std capabilities with business objectives
\t - Quickly learn and adapt to a fast paced work environment
\t - You will be working on cutting edge cloud technologies including B2B (API Based) & EDI integrations
\t - Interact with non SAP applications like Salesforce, Tax Engine or other API applications
Skills:
\t - 8 plus years of SAP RAR FINANCE configuration and support experience
\t - Expert level knowledge of RAR FI and SD process.5+ years of RAR configuration and BRF plus experience
\t - Experience in Revenue Accounting and Reporting to manage revenue recognition as a process – identify contracts, identify performance obligations, allocate the transaction price, manage fulfillment of performance obligations and make revenue postings.
\t - Strong RAR implementation/Migration experience and has worked on S4 HANA RAR.
\t - Knowledge of security role design in FICO and RAR
\t - Knowledge of month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes
\t - Strong business process knowledge and ability to map business requirements to standard SAP processes with minimal or no customization
\t - Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent consulting skills, Demonstrated leader, Self-confident
\t - Excellent oral and written communication skills of complex and technical concepts. Demonstrates strong command of the English language
\t - Strong relationship building and influencing skills; Able to mediate opposing viewpoints; Work well in a team environment
Education:
\t - Bachelors in engineering or accounting preferred
\t - SAP certifications a plus
Pay Range: $80 - $85
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
