Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform architecture, solution design, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, integration patterns, and enterprise-level architecture. You will play a key role in designing scalable and high-performance solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and solution optimization.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and implementation.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Proven experience with Salesforce integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect are highly desirable.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of industry-specific Salesforce solutions (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud).
• Familiarity with other CRM platforms or cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
