Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will qualify prospects and close sales deals through outbound calls.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - We have positions available for entry-level candidates as well as experienced salespeople. Everyone is welcome to apply and get paid to train.
Please call our sales manager, Ron Harmon, at 319-520-6499. Pitch him over the phone for why you're a good fit for the position. If you reach his voicemail, pitch him there instead.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce services and book online meetings
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Utilize sales techniques to negotiate and close deals
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on delivering value to clients
- Determination to make 100-200 cold calls per day
- Okay with working for 100% commission as a 1099 contractor
- Access to both a desktop/laptop computer and a cell phone
Compensation
- $300 sign-on bonus
- $500 weekly salary
- 20% commission on cash collected AND $200 per account closed directly by you OR $100 per account closed by an appointment set by you (average cash collected is $5k for marketing accounts)
- 5% commission on residual income from your active accounts (the average client spends $80,000 with us in total)
Performance Expectations
Experienced reps should sign at least 10 accounts monthly. We'll work with you to get you there.
