We provide 3-5 high-quality, prescreened appointments per day , scheduled by our experienced dispatch and customer service teams. You’ll go directly to the job site and close the deal—all in a single visit.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners experiencing emergency water damage

• Use high-leverage sales techniques to secure “one-visit closes”

• Provide urgent and reliable solutions to distressed homeowners

• Manage and oversee water + fire damage restoration crews

• Track job progress and maintain communication with clients, insurance providers, and internal teams

• Ensure timely documentation and reporting for each job

Qualifications

• 
  Proven sales experience and customer service/ project management
• Proven in-home sales closing expertise preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to manage and motivate field crews

• Must be tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems

• Valid driver’s license required

• Availability for overtime and occasional holiday work

• Water restoration industry experience is a plus
