Seeking a motivated, career minded and reliable individual. This position is responsible for the Sales Administrative Assistant of a fast-growing company servicing the flooring needs of apartment communities. This is a full-time regular position with great benefits.
This is a fast-paced environment with a phenomenal team in a company with a strong vision and road map. Currently at 3 locations, the company is looking to become a $100m plus national player in the next 5-10 years and needs a great reliable team to do it! We are looking for the next Great Team Member!
Role and Responsibilities
· Work closely with Management and Executive Sales Team to help meet goals.
· Process new customer pricing, orders, and templates on computer.
· Provide potential and new customers with unforgettable service and follow up.
· Compile price estimates for Account Executives
· Support team events
· Handle all sales team needs and requests in a timely manner.
· Accurately place orders.
· Check stock.
· Provide customers with product information.
Qualified Candidates will possess the following skills:
· Exemplary communications skills.
· Ability to problem solve.
· Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
· Typing
· Ten key
