Addiction Medicine Physician for hire in Hudson County, New Jersey.
Jersey City Medical Center (JCMC) is a state-designated Level II Regional Trauma Center with over 80,000 Emergency Department visits annually. With a 60,000-square-foot footprint, the newly expanded emergency department has a dedicated Pediatric ED wing and a cutting-edge Fast-Track area for treating minor injuries or illnesses.
This Physician will support the Hospital's Emergency Department Chair and the System's Director of Addiction Medicine in implementing administrative and clinical initiatives based on best practices to improve the care delivered to patients with substance use disorders (SUD).
This is an excellent opportunity for an eager physician to join a well-established, multidisciplinary team alongside a strong support staff, including advanced practice providers and scribes, to provide high-level emergency medicine care and addiction treatment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS - BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM)
- BC/BE in Addiction Medicine
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of NJ
