Job Description
Description The RV Sales Porter moves and cleans RVs, keeps the RV vehicles in sound working condition, and is responsible for maintaining the shop lot. He/she will also assist the sales managers or sales professionals, as requested.
Responsibilities - Approach all encounters with customers and employees in a friendly, service- oriented manner.
- Must maintain and display a positive attitude.
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with DeMontrond standards.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform as required.
- Comply at all times with DeMontrond standards and regulations to encourage safe work habits.
- Clean Showroom RVs every morning.
- Check interior of vehicles for cleanliness.
- Check all RVs for DeMontrond plates (front and back).
- Ensure all new vehicles have factory window sticker displayed.
- Responsible to assist in keeping the building and surrounding area clean, neat and free of debris.
- Responsible to keep RVs on the lot properly aligned.
- Responsible to keep front lot full.
- Responsible to maintain 1/4 tank of gas in all used vehicles displayed on lot.
- Responsible to wash and dry vehicles as needed to maintain the proper standard of cleanliness.
- Responsible to relay to manager any vendor in or out of the dealership not meeting the standards.

Qualifications Education & Experience: - High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must have an operator's driver's license with a good driving record.
Physical requirements: - Ability to walk and stand at long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Exposed to and be able to handle the climate elements (rain, snow, sleet, hail, heat, cold).
