Job Description: We are seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of a strategic roadmap. The RPA Analyst will play a crucial role in assessing business processes, identifying areas where automation can add value, and providing insights to support the creation of a long-term strategic plan for DHS CBP. This role is essential to help CBP streamline operations, increase efficiency, and improve overall productivity through the implementation of RPA solutions. Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation. Evaluate workflows and gather detailed process information from various stakeholders to analyze automation potential. Collaborate with business process stakeholders to understand their challenges, goals, and pain points in current operations. Quantify the benefits of automation for identified processes (e.g., cost savings, time reductions, improved accuracy). Develop business cases and justifications for proposed RPA initiatives, including Return on Investment (ROI) analysis. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership for approval and support. Work with technical teams to assess the technical feasibility of automating identified processes. Ensure that automation requirements are clearly defined and communicated to RPA developers and solution architects. Participate in the design of automation solutions, ensuring that they meet the business needs and objectives. Experience Requirements: Mandatory: 4 years of directly related automation experience. Strong understanding of business process workflows and experience in identifying automation opportunities. Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms. Waiverable/Substitutable: Experience with CBP business processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts in a clear, concise manner. Certification Requirements: N/A Education Requirements: Mandatory: Bachelor's degree, 4 Years of additional work experience can be substituted for a bachelor's degree Waiverable/Substitutable: Work Type: Remote, but located in the NCR for client meetings Clearance Requirements: Public Trust Aeyon
