Our client specializes in commercial roofing, re-roofing, and waterproofing. They are now hiring for a Project Manager in Roseville, CA. This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary between $80k and $100k depending on experience and benefits like M/V/D, PTO, 401k, company vehicle and gas card.
Duties:
-Work in tandem with the Project Foreman and Superintendent to bring the job in safely, on time and under budget by coordinating all project scheduling and milestones, identify and resolve obstacles related to the project, project budgeting, client and subcontractor relations, contracts, profitability and project documentation.
-Respond to all RFI, RFP and other job-related correspondence in a timely manner.
-Review all contracts and, with input from the management team; Complete PM Contract Checklist for each assigned project.
-Create material list and order materials, schedule deliveries, and ensure all material delivered matches PO

Qualifications:
-2-3 years experience in Project Management (ideally in commercial roofing)
-Intermediate knowledge of working with word processing documents, creating and managing spreadsheets, using databases, internet navigation, and email communications, and industry related software
-Valid Driver's License
