Job Description

Seeking a competent Nurse with experience in a similar clinical setting to practice independently and manage both routine and complex patient care. The role involves assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, addressing patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs. The nurse will administer medications, monitor treatment effects, document care, and provide patient and family education.

• Meets competencies related to self, others, or leadership.
• Requires a BSN preferred, with at least 1 year of related nursing experience preferred.
• Must hold an active RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC certifications.
• Newly hired RNs attend orientation within 30 days; experienced RNs must complete competency validations.
• Perioperative experience or residency preferred.
• Work schedule is four 10-hour days, full-time.
