*Looking for Registered Nurse's to work in our OR Outpatient Surgery Center, located in Warsaw, IN. Schedule: 4 x 9-hour shifts per week, 6:00a - 3:30p with flexing as needed.

We are looking for OR Registered Nurses (RN) in our Outpatient surgical department who have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are compassionate, and filled with energy and stamina. Because this position requires strict adherence to safety and sanitary procedures, our OR Registered Nurses (RN) must also be excellent decision makers with an eye for detail. Additionally, our OR Registered Nurses (RN) communicate with the patient and family before and after procedures, stay with the patient throughout the surgical procedure carefully monitoring and caring for patient needs, while working closely with the surgical doctor and team.
New grads can grow within our Nurse Residency program while experienced RNs can advance within the Clinical Advancement Program.

Job Summary: Under the general direction of the Clinical Coordinator and/or Division Director, serves as a nursing care resource, applyingknowledge and skills in a variety of settings. Maintains unit and division-wide perspectives of nursing care delivery,participating in clinical practice decision within the institution.
Minimal Acceptable Job Qualifications: Experience: As demonstrated through progression of the clinical ladder behaviors
Education: Completion of a nursing diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure/Registration/Certification: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse; ACLS/PALS within three (3)months of hire
