Job Role: PPC Advertising Analyst The PPC Advertising Analyst will lead the expansion and optimization of paid search and social campaigns in Australia and New Zealand, aiming to meet revenue targets and improve digital marketing performance. We seek a proactive, analytical individual with excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement paid search and social media campaigns to meet revenue and market expansion goals. Manage daily bids, budgets, and campaign settings to optimize efficiency and ROI, employing continuous testing and improvement. Create compelling ad copy and creative formats to engage the target audience and drive conversions. Conduct competitor analysis to identify advantages and opportunities. Generate performance reports and provide insights to BU Marketing. Required Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience in multinational Shared Services, GBS, or BPO environments. 3+ years in marketing and sales activities. 1+ year managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, with experience in paid social strategies. Proficiency in English (B2+ level). Preferred Qualifications Google Ads certifications or similar credentials. Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and programmatic advertising, including Meta Pixel setup. Strong skills in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio, with experience in A/B testing. Proven ability to optimize landing pages and manage PPC budgets over USD 80,000/month.
