Retail Storefront

• Oversee store opening and closing schedule
• Open and close daily register
• Maintain working knowledge of all products, ingredients, and origin
• Schedule adequate retail staffing
• Oversee store front cleaning schedule
• Manage product stock and display
• Ensure shopping experience meets company standard
• Back up retail staff as needed

Shipping

• Process online, wholesale, and phone orders for shipping or pick up
• Communicate order status with sales team
• Collaborate with sales team in fulfilling corporate and custom orders
• Invoice wholesale and corporate orders
• Respond to customer inquiries pertaining to orders
• Issue tracing on packages and refunds when necessary
• Manage shipping supplies inventory and relay inventory to manager
• Monitor and answer vendor, retailer, and customer emails
• Answer incoming phone calls and accept phone orders
• Manage large customer orders for wedding and event favors, and bulk orders
