THE ROLE - WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers through daily phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
• Identify prospective customers and follow up on potential sales leads consistently
• Attend and work various industry events/trade shows to gain knowledge, make connections, and build relationships to grow your sales network
• You are a financial contributor to the business and will have monthly and quarterly sales goals that are aligned with your local Division's revenue plan
• Communication skills are vital in this role as you will be uncovering your client's needs, educating them on proper maintenance, building value in our cleaning process, and negotiating/closing the deal
• Putting together bids and project pricing
• Utilizing a CRM system to effectively maintain, track and communicate with your client-base
• Driving to client sites -- a valid driver's license is required

REQUIREMENTS - WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

· Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to insurance carrier

· High school graduate or equivalent

· Basic mathematics skills

· Fluent English helpful but not required

· Industry experience helpful

· Outside sales experience helpful
