Our busy restaurant is looking for servers with a friendly smile and a cheerful customer service attitude to set the tone for our guests to enjoy their dining experience with us. You will serve our guests in the restaurant by ensuring that they are seated promptly, their orders are taken, prepared, and served timely, and that tables are cleaned and ready for the next guests. Our ideal candidate maintains a friendly and courteous demeanor toward our guests and coworkers while providing exceptional customer service to our guests. $16 per hour + tips

• Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials so that you can respond to client questions and provide recommendations
• Promptly seat guests when they arrive, take food and beverage orders, serve meals on time while accommodating any special requests
• Collect correct payment from guests and ensure that the guest check and method of payment are accurate to safeguard both the client and the business from mistakes in transactions
• Attend all pre-shift and departmental meetings to improve communications and develop an understanding of products, services, and facilities

• Work closely with other team members, such as busser and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth service flow and a cohesive customer experience
• This role will also assist with other duties such as bussing tables and cleaning

• We prefer some experience working in the food service industry
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
• Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills

• Experience with fast food/quick service is a plus.
• At least 18yrs old or Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
