Stanford University Department of Medicine is seeking a Research Administrator 3 (RA 3) to join a team of research administrators to help DOM Divisions to manage complex and large portfolios, in addition to very important Principal Investigators. The RA 3 will be part of a team committed to customer service tasked to grow the department’s research enterprise, participate in training and education for research finance staff and faculty across the department and the schools, and provide pre and post-award portfolio management with an emphasis on post-award management. The successful applicant will be an energetic subject matter expert with excellent analytical skills who is able to deliver high quality product under tight timelines and who thrives in a complex, multi-disciplinary research department.

WORKING STANDARDS:
This role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Stanford University has five Regional Pay Structures. The compensation for this position will be based on the location of the successful candidate. The expected pay range for this position is $82,000 to $126,000 per annum.

The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
