Renovation Carpenter
Apartment Services, Inc.
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Travel to Multiple Properties Required

Description:
Apartment Services, Inc. is hiring a skilled Renovation Carpenter to work on kitchen and bathroom remodels across our properties. This role involves framing, drywall, tile, cabinetry, plumbing, and electrical work. We’re looking for a dependable team player who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and can work independently or as part of a crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demolish kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, walls, and cabinetry
• Frame walls, install doors, and make structural modifications
• Install plumbing fixtures (tubs, toilets, faucets, water lines)
• Complete basic electrical tasks (fixtures, appliances, switches)
• Hang, repair, and finish drywall
• Install cabinets, hardware, and countertops
• Complete tile work, including shower waterproofing and floor tile
• Perform snow removal duties during winter weather events
• Maintain organized and secure workspaces
• Travel between company properties as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of residential renovation or construction experience
• Skilled in carpentry, drywall, tile, plumbing, and light electrical
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Proficient with tools and safety practices
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Use of a vehicle for the duration of each scheduled shift is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
