Munawar & Andrews Santillo Llp in Dallas, TX is looking for one remote virtual assistant to join our team. We are located on 3146 Romines Mill Road. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working. We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Remote Virtual Assistant to support our legal team with administrative tasks and client communication. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities remotely.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Assist with drafting correspondence, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars for attorneys.
• Client Communication: Handle initial client inquiries via phone or email, gather necessary information, and schedule consultations.
• Document Management: Prepare and edit legal documents, including letters, agreements, and court forms.
• Research Assistance: Conduct legal research and compile relevant information for cases as directed by attorneys.
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of client information and case details using our case management system.
• Billing and Invoicing: Assist with client billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• General Office Tasks: Perform other administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing office supplies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with legal software is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.
