Employment Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, remote
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for clients across various backgrounds
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with a remote team to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain confidential and detailed client records
• Stay updated with industry best practices and clinical advancements

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California
• Minimum two years of experience in mental health or counseling
• Prior experience in telehealth is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage clients remotely
