Redshaw Insurance Agency is a growing independent insurance agency dedicated to providing clients with customized coverage and outstanding service. We are expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to join us as a Remote Insurance Quoting & Binding Specialist.
Position Overview:
This is a career opportunity — not just a job. The Remote Insurance Quoting & Binding Specialist will work 100% from home (after training) and will play a critical role in our agency’s success. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive insurance quotes, re-quoting existing clients when needed, and issuing/binding policies once they are sold.
This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically — much like solving a puzzle — in order to match clients with the best coverage options available.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accurately and quickly quote new business for prospective clients across multiple carriers.
· Re-quote and evaluate coverage options for existing clients as needed.
· Bind and issue policies once sold, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
· Communicate professionally with agents and clients via phone, email, and digital platforms.
· Maintain compliance with agency, carrier, and state regulations.
· Consistently meet quality, accuracy, and productivity goals.
Qualifications:
· Prior insurance experience preferred (Property & Casualty license a plus, but not required.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to approach quoting like solving a puzzle.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
· Professional written and verbal communication skills.
· Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with high accountability.
