Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Remote – Flexible with Time Zones)
Pay Rate: $28/hour
Job Overview:
We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with early career recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll play a key role in identifying top talent and providing a seamless candidate experience across a variety of positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct high-volume phone screens to evaluate candidate experience and fit
Coordinate interviews and scheduling with hiring managers and candidates
Keep candidate data and notes up to date in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and follow-up
Support job postings, sourcing strategies, and recruitment events as needed
Qualifications:
1–2 years of recruiting, HR, or relevant administrative experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable conducting phone or video interviews
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in high-volume recruiting
Interest in a long-term career in recruiting or human resources
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
