Job Summary:
Senior Helpers - Greater Dallas is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Richardson, Texas. This full-time individual contributor role will be responsible for recruiting and hiring qualified candidates to join our team of compassionate caregivers. As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the growth and success of our franchise by attracting and retaining top talent.
This position is an in-person role, 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts. Pay will be distributed every 2 weekly.
Salary:$34,000- $38,000.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our caregivers' positions
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the position
- Coordinate, conduct, and schedule in-person interviews
- Be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and guidance as needed
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation process
- Be a team player when needed
- Use Senior Helpers knowledge to answer calls
Requirements:
- Preferably an associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment- preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry
- Knowledge of multiple sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with HR laws and regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Must pass a criminal history background
- Excellent attention to detail
