Job Description

Job Summary:
Senior Helpers - Greater Dallas is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Richardson, Texas. This full-time individual contributor role will be responsible for recruiting and hiring qualified candidates to join our team of compassionate caregivers. As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the growth and success of our franchise by attracting and retaining top talent.

This position is an in-person role, 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts. Pay will be distributed every 2 weekly.
Salary:$34,000- $38,000.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our caregivers' positions
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the position
  • Coordinate, conduct, and schedule in-person interviews
  • Be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and guidance as needed
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation process
  • Be a team player when needed
  • Use Senior Helpers knowledge to answer calls

Requirements:
  • Preferably an associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment- preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry
  • Knowledge of multiple sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media, and networking
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with HR laws and regulations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
  • Time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • Must pass a criminal history background
  • Excellent attention to detail
