Location: Remote (must reside in the Portland, Oregon area)
Contract Length: 6 months, with potential for permanent conversion
Compensation: $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience

We’re seeking a highly motivated Recruiter with a strong background in manufacturing and engineering talent acquisition . In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process , partner closely with hiring managers, and deliver top-tier talent across technical and operational roles. Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for manufacturing and engineering roles

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring goals

• Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview coordination

• Conduct reference checks and support offer negotiations

• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure process compliance

• Provide market insights and support strategic hiring initiatives

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ recruiting experience within the manufacturing and engineering sectors

• Proven success in full-cycle recruiting and passive candidate sourcing

• Familiarity with the Portland industrial and engineering talent market

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in ATS platforms , LinkedIn Recruiter , and Microsoft Office

Additional Details:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Availability: Immediate

Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
