Pharmaceutical Company in Northwest Houston has an opening for a Contract Recruiter
Project will last 2-3 month


Your duties will include sourcing and evaluating candidates, conducting interviews, and guiding them through the hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to ensure that we have a strong pipeline of qualified candidates at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute recruiting strategies to source candidates via various channels, including social media, job fairs, and professional networks.
•Conduct initial resume screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage the candidate selection process, utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment workflows. (JazzHR)
•Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging recruitment experience.
•Collaborate with department leaders to understand their hiring needs and support strategic workforce planning.
•Stay informed about industry trends in pharmacy and healthcare to attract informed and skilled candidates.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
•Proven success recruiting in the field of pharmacy and healthcare
•Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in leveraging these systems for recruitment processes.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Passion for healthcare and a good understanding of the pharmacy industry.
