Grow with us 1-800-HANSONS is a top ranked home improvement company that is growing and expanding. We are seeking a talented and motivated Recovery Agent to join our Call Center team. The Recovery Agent reviews all canceled sales and finds a way to resolve the customer’s concerns and reinstate the sale. Our Recovery Agents communicate with customers to hear what their issues might be and uses product knowledge, problem solving and five-star customer service skills to help our customer be able to achieve the home improvement solution they want for their home. The ideal candidate for this opportunity has excellent customer service skills, communication skills and would be a benefit if they have any type of sales background. Review and recommend revisions to product selections and financing options to ensure the customer is able to achieve a positive resolution to their home improvement needs. Use multi-tasking skills to communicate with customer, update notes in the customer’s profile and review potential deals to discuss with customer to save the deal. Connect with customers in a timely manner using provided reporting in order to reach customers rapidly. Develop and maintain good working relationships with all internal customers, including Sales, Service, Operations, General Managers, and other internal partners. What We Need: Minimum of five (5) years of professional work experience Minimum of three (3) years of prior experience in a call-center role Minimum of two (2) years of prior experience in Sales or Sales leadership role is a plus. Must be well organized and detail oriented. Must have good problem-solving abilities, and be able to make decisions with good judgment that create positive resolutions for both customers and the company. Standard hours are M – F, 9:00am-6:00pm EST. Due to cyclical nature of position, some overtime including evening and weekend hours may be required.
