Job Description

Our client, a beauty brand, is hiring a temporary Receptionist to join their team onsite at their NYC office. This position will begin in the beginning of June and continue for approximately one week.

Job Duties Include:

• Receive visitors at the front desk including greeting, welcoming, directing, and alerting their hosts of their arrival
• Inform security of guest arrival to allow guests can be let up to our floor
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail, alerting employees when packages arrive for them
• Act as first point of contact for all office related queries
• Act as day-to-day contact for the building super
• Contact vendors for office maintenance as needed
• Oversee the appearance of office, including the tidiness of the office and terrace
• Replenish supplies as needed include kitchen snacks, printer paper, and other office supplies
• Distribute keycards as needed
• Liaise with cleaning staff if special cleaning is needed
• Contact Facilities Manager with any questions
• Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

• Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills

Salary: $23 - $25/hr depending on experience
